MrB Commerce is a performance marketing service for Amazon India sellers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it plain and honest.

Who We Are
MrB Commerce ("we", "us", "our") is an Amazon performance marketing agency based in India, operated by Pramoth Balaji. Our website is mrbcommerce.in.
We offer free tools for Amazon India sellers and provide paid Amazon Ads management services. For questions about this policy, contact us at support@mrbcommerce.in.

What We Collect
Information you give us directly:
First name, email address, and password (when you sign up for free tool access)
Your role (Amazon Seller, Brand Manager, Agency, etc.)
How you heard about us
Your answers on the get-started qualifier form (selling status, revenue range, challenge, business type)
Information generated by your use of our tools:
Profit Calculator: inputs you enter (category, price, weight, fulfilment method, COGS). We do not store these on our servers, calculations happen in real time and results are not saved.
Dayparting Calculator: if you opt in to anonymous data sharing, we store a summary of your peak and dead order slots (no order IDs, no customer data, no ASIN-level data). This is used to improve the tool for all sellers.
Important: We never see your Amazon Seller Central credentials, customer data, order details, or any information you have not explicitly provided to us. Files you upload to the Dayparting Calculator are processed entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers. Passwords are stored encrypted and are never visible to us in plain text.

How We Use Your Data
To give you access to our free tools, with one shared account across all of them
To send you a welcome email when you sign up
To understand your business situation and tailor our services to you
To improve our tools using anonymised, aggregated usage patterns
To contact you about our Amazon Ads management services (you can opt out anytime)
We do not use your data for any purpose beyond the above. We do not run advertising on our platform, and no advertiser has ever paid to have their product promoted in our tools.

Third Parties We Use
We rely on a small number of external service providers to run our platform. We do not sell your data to any third party, and none of these providers use your data for their own advertising or marketing.
A cloud hosting and database provider stores your account data (name, email, encrypted password, role, and tool usage) securely on our behalf.
A transactional email provider sends account-related emails, such as signup confirmation and password reset links.
A product analytics tool helps us understand how our free tools are used (for example, which tool is opened, whether a calculation completes, whether someone signs up), so we can fix issues and improve the tools. This tool does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we never use it to serve you ads.
For clients who authorise account access, we use Amazon's own Selling Partner API and Advertising API to manage advertising and retrieve account data, governed entirely by Amazon's own data use policies (see "Amazon API Data Use" below).

Amazon API Data Use
MrB Commerce uses the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API to provide services to sellers who explicitly authorise access to their accounts.
We only access data that sellers have authorised us to access
We use Amazon API data solely to provide the service the seller has requested
We do not share Amazon API data with any third party
We may use aggregated, anonymised insights derived from Amazon API data to improve our tools and services. We will never use your individual Amazon account data for advertising purposes or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
Sellers can revoke our access at any time through their Amazon Seller Central account
This section is required for Amazon API compliance and reflects our actual practices.

Data Retention
We retain your account data (name, email, encrypted password, role) for as long as you are a user of our tools or services. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 7 business days.
Anonymised, aggregated tool usage data (Dayparting Calculator summaries with no personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.

Your Rights
You have the right to:
Opt out of communications, reply "unsubscribe" to any email we send, or email support@mrbcommerce.in
Change your password anytime from your account menu once logged in, or reset it via the "Forgot password?" link on the log in screen
Request account deletion by emailing us directly
To exercise this, email us at support@mrbcommerce.in. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 7 business days.

Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember your login session and tool usage count across sessions. Your session token is stored locally and sent to our servers only to verify your identity; it never leaves your browser otherwise.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our tools and services evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
