Find the words costing you money and the ones ready to become your next keywords. Upload your Amazon Search Term Report and see it broken down instantly.
What this does
Upload your Amazon Search Term Report. We break every search phrase into smaller word patterns and add up the spend, clicks and orders sitting behind each one.
Words draining budget with no sales get flagged to negate. Word combinations converting well but missing from your campaigns get flagged to add.
No login required to try it. No data leaves your browser. Everything runs locally after you upload the file.
Go to Seller Central → Advertising → Campaign Manager
Open Measurement & Reporting → Reporting → Create report
Leave the report name as is. Under Filters, add your account and leave Campaigns/Country/Ad product as "All" unless you want to narrow it
Under Customise columns, search for and check each of these individually; there's no ready-made template, you're building the column list yourself: Search termClicksTotal costPurchasesRequired Ad productSalesAd nameAdvertised product SKURecommended
Click Submit, wait for the report to complete, then download as .csv
Without Sales, we can't show ACOS in the Ad Product summary. Without Ad name / Advertised product SKU, we can't offer the per-SKU breakdown or a more accurate core term. The tool will still run, just on the whole file at once. Amazon's legacy Sponsored Ads Reports page is being discontinued (removed 31 Dec 2026), and the steps above use the current Unified Reporting path. Older-format exports with "Customer Search Term" / "Spend" / "Orders" columns still work too.
Where are you selling?
Must match the "Budget currency" column in your file, and we'll check.

Focus on a Product (optional)
Selecting a product re-runs the analysis on just its search terms and re-derives the core term from its ad name. This doesn't use another daily analysis, switch as many times as you like.
Note: Sponsored Brands ads often don't carry a single SKU/Ad name the way Sponsored Products does, so SB search terms may not appear here even when the columns are present.
Core Term
This is the word or phrase your product is fundamentally about (e.g. "lip tint"). We use it to filter harvest suggestions so we never suggest a keyword unrelated to your product. Edit if the detected term looks wrong.
Harvest suggestions 0
2 and 3-word combinations that contain your core term, are converting, and don't contain any word already flagged for negation. Safe to add as new Phrase or Exact keywords.

Single words spending money across multiple search terms with zero orders. Negate the word itself, which blocks every future phrase containing it.

Single words converting well across many search terms. Not a keyword suggestion; it is a signal for what your listing content and bullets should emphasise.

This is direction, not a decision: check before you act
This tool judges words purely by spend and conversion in the data you uploaded; it does not know what a word means to your product. A word central to your product's identity can still get flagged for negation if enough other, unrelated search terms containing it fail to convert. Example: a word like "waterproof" could get suggested for negation on a waterproof bag listing, even though "waterproof" is core to that product; the flag came from other, unrelated search terms containing "waterproof" elsewhere in the same file, not from this product specifically. Always sanity-check negation and harvest suggestions, especially for words that are obviously part of your product name. Frequently Asked Questions
How many search terms can I upload at once?
▼
Up to 1,000 search terms per upload. If your file has more, narrow your date range in Seller Central and re-export.
Why do I need to select my marketplace?
▼
We check your file's Budget currency column against your selection to confirm the file matches before analysing it.
What is the "Core Term" and why does it matter?
▼
It's the word or phrase your product is fundamentally about, for example "lip tint" or "spin scrubber". Harvest suggestions only include word combinations that contain this term, so the tool never recommends a keyword unrelated to your product. Get this wrong, and harvest results get filtered against the wrong term entirely.
How does the tool detect the Core Term, and can I change it?
▼
It's auto-detected from the most frequent meaningful word across your search terms, or from the product's Ad Name if you've selected a specific SKU. It's always editable in the box marked "auto-detected", and you should correct it if it looks wrong before running the analysis.
Why does a word need a minimum number of clicks before it's flagged?
▼
A word needs enough clicks to be a fair statistical signal before it's judged for harvest or negation, so a single-click fluke doesn't get flagged either way.
Why does a word show up for negation even though it's part of my product name?
▼
The tool judges words purely by spend and conversion across your whole file, it doesn't know what a word means to your product. A word central to your product's identity can still get flagged if enough other, unrelated search terms containing it fail to convert elsewhere. Always check flagged words against your actual product name before negating.
What's the difference between Harvest, Negation, and Theme?
▼
Harvest: converting word combinations worth adding as new keywords. Negation: single words draining spend with zero orders, worth cutting. Theme: words converting well but not a keyword suggestion, more a signal for what your listing content should emphasise.
What are "ASIN targets" and why are they shown separately?
▼
These are search terms that are actually competitor or your own ASINs (product targeting), not typed phrases. They're shown separately since they don't feed into the harvest/negation word-pattern logic.
Is my data stored anywhere?
▼
No. Your file is processed entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers. Only an anonymised summary (core term, category, and result counts, no raw search terms or spend figures) is shared if you download the Excel report.
Can I run this on just one product instead of my whole account?
▼
Yes, if your file includes Ad Name or Advertised Product SKU columns, you can select a specific product and the tool re-runs scoped to just that product's search terms, using its Ad Name to re-detect the Core Term.
How is this different from manually reviewing my search term report?
▼
It automates the click-threshold check and groups results into harvest, negation, and theme automatically, work that's tedious to do by hand across hundreds of rows.
